Since our products are customized, you must inform us within 3 working days of receiving your order if it does not meet your specifications or is defective. We may provide a free reprint if the fault lies with us. Returns must be shipped within 7 working days at your own cost.
Prices are in USD, and payment is accepted in the same currency. We begin processing orders upon receipt of full payment. You can cancel your order within 4 hours of proof approval for a fee. After 24 hours, a 50% fee applies, and we do not guarantee cancellations after this time.
Design services are non-refundable, and orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Customers in Illinois must pay sales tax unless they provide a tax exemption certificate at the time of ordering.
We require artwork files in 300 dpi and CMYK format. Failure to provide files in the correct format may result in printing issues, and we are not responsible for such errors.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs. We cannot guarantee exact color accuracy due to printing limitations. Color discrepancies due to system limitations are not eligible for reprints.
We are not responsible for errors in the final printed product, including spelling and grammar mistakes, font issues, or graphics errors.
We may use different printing techniques based on our requirements and customer needs.
We typically deliver the exact quantity ordered, along with extras. In the case of underruns, we will only charge for the delivered quantity.
Production speed starts after full payment, artwork submission, and proof approval. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather or customs. Customers are responsible for customs duties. Shipping costs and delivery times vary.
